A huge milestone achieved, as MBC successfully organised an Inter Business Council Golf Tournament together along with Spanish and Italian Councils at a splendid course in Els, Dubai.
We all played in a Texas Team Scramble, with a mixed pair format in differing countries. It was a first, and an elaborate design to network and bring the best of teamwork in achieving tournament objectives. Turns out the players enjoyed it tremendously.
We would like to thank all the sponsors including The Smart Tailor, Emirates, Matrade, IPS , Lanjaran and Sunway for providing generous gifts and vouchers, and most importantly, the belief to the organising committee. We look forward in organising a better event in the future.
Pictures simply don't do justice to describe how much fun we all had. But for sure, our reputation as prominent Malaysian golfers has set, given that the Malaysian and Italian pair won the tournament. And also the longest drive.
